Returns and Refunds

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns or exchanges beyond those required by applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods.

UK and EU cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel, then send them back within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. Email ameerajewelleryy@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned for return instructions.

We refund the item price and the applicable standard outbound delivery cost to your original payment method. We may wait for the goods or evidence of return, whichever arrives first, and refund within the applicable legal deadline. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods must be lawful.

Return postage and exceptions

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods as required by law. Please request the correct return address before sending anything; contacting us does not replace or restrict a valid statutory cancellation notice.

Legal cancellation exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, only where applicable and disclosed before purchase. Earrings and sale items are not automatically excluded.

Problems with an order

Contact ameerajewelleryy@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us investigate damage, but do not limit your legal rights. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. No reporting deadline in our communications overrides your statutory rights.

Other destinations

Change-of-mind sales are final unless local law requires otherwise. Mandatory remedies remain available. Refunds may take additional time to appear after processing by your payment provider.
